The first one is Venice-Milan-Monterosso with a stop in Milan Central Station (about 6h – 55 € per person). The second one is Venice-Florence-La Spezia-Monterosso with two stops in Florence and La Spezia (about 5h30’ – 55-60 € per person). Then, from La Spezia railways station you can reach each village of Cinque Terre.
