Trip to Cinque Terre coming from La Spezia’s port (cruises)? – [F.A.Q. Cinque Terre]
Granted that one day is definitely too less to really appreciate Cinque Terre, if you like to do a day-excursion from La Spezia the best way is to get to La Spezia railways station and take a local train to reach the desired village: Riomaggiore is the closest and the train journey takes only 8 minutes.
Alternatively, you can take a taxi but the journey is quite expensive.
