The Cinque Terre are five tiny villages by the sea but there are some differences among them: Monterosso is the largest one, the only one with some hotels and a sandy beach but also the less unique one.
Vernazza is probably the most scenic village of the Cinque Terre, there are not many accommodations, it’s among the smallest villages. Most of the accommodations are rooms or apartments.
Corniglia is the smallest of the villages and the most rural one, not very comfortable to reach but for sure offering a the most authentic Cinque Terre experience. No hotels but a large number of rooms or apartments are offered there.
Manarola, a very scenic village with a huge number of footpaths starting or heading there and easily to reach offers 2 hotels and a large number of well equipped apartments and rooms, some of them with seaviews, balconies and terraces.
Riomaggiore is famous for it’s juvenile ambience. There is a nice hotel and apartments and rooms.
