From Singapore to Canada, from Finland to Australia: journalists from all over the world describe the rebirth of the land hit by the flood.
Several journalists of tourism magazines have participated to the educationals and familiarization trips organized in the special communication plan to recover the damage occurred with the flood to the whole touristic area of Cinque Terre.
In the next week other journalists and tour operator will get here to see and evaluate the villages, either those hit by the flood and those spared, but also to walk along the footpaths and see how the restore work is in an advanced level.
First step has been made on last March, 11th with the arrival of 15 tour operator from Asia (Singapore and Malaysia), literally “bewitched” from the beauty of this land.
Then, 10 German journalists from important magazine (in example, Westfaelische Narchrichten and Passauer Neue Presse) and an international informative company as Deutsche Welle (tv via satellite, radio and internet in 30 languages) and tour operator as Imatur.
Another journalists came from Germany to represent the web and digital tv “Sonnenklar.tv”.
A great article has been realized by Christian Haas, for Sueddeutsche Zeitung (newspaper leader in Bayern) published in Germany on last May, 10th and another one will be published on Abenteuer & Reisen in the next month of June.
Three journalists from Sweden visited Lerici, Porto Venere, Cinque Terre, Palmaria, Montemarcello, Sarzana, Varese Ligure and Castelnuovo, where they tasted the “Vermentino” of Colli di Luni.
But the arrival don’t finish here: in the next days three experts will get to Liguria from Finland, thank to the cooperation with the Enit office in Stockholm, while we’re defining other educationals for 2 couples of journalists coming from Canada and Australia.
