What is CETS Phase II and III?

CETS is a quality label awarded by the Park to tourism businesses in the Cinque Terre that have committed to a voluntary process focused on quality, environmental responsibility, and the promotion of local culture and identity, in line with the strategy defined by the EUROPARC Federation through the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism.

CETS Phase II applies to accommodation providers (both hotels and non-hotel structures), while CETS Phase III is dedicated to tour operators. Arbaspàa is the first tour operator in Italy to receive this recognition.

We took the sunset boat tour departing from Manarola. It was beautiful, the planning was excellent, with the adventurous experience of the cave, and our skipper, Toni, a cabaret artist, was great!

Had a great boat cruise of Cinque Terre with Tony!
Tony made the whole experience fun, comfortable and overall very enjoyable. The swimming spots, photos and views we got were amazing.

Tony handled some very rude customers well and I would recommend his services to anyone who goes to Manarola.

We had a wonderful cooking class; there were four of us plus the instructor, and we had a fantastic, entertaining, and fun morning. We also learned a lot... and it ended with a delicious four-course lunch including two bottles of white wine. Highly recommended!

We did the boat tour and our skipper, Paolo, was beyond AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and is a local to Manarola! The tour was a great way to see all 5 towns from the water. My husband and I highly recommend this experience!

We stayed there for 2 nights. The location of the apartment is superb with a nice view. Overall Manarola is the best town out of 5 to stay in Cinque Terre. The owners provided very detailed instructions for checking in. They were very responsive via whatsapp. The room itself is nicely decorated and furnished. There is a small fridge, electric kettle and tea/sugar in the room. Also there was an air conditioner there. The room was warmed up through the radiator in early March.
The main feature of that place is the balcony with gorgeous view of Manarola and the sea. It was a pleasure to enjoy a drink sitting at the balcony after a long hike.
Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Carrara Marble Quarries! It was so interesting! Tommaso was a very good and conscientious driver and guide. We highly recommend this tour.

We did the afternoon Aquamarine tour in Cinque Terre with lunch and it was absolutely incredible. We booked for two people and ended up having a private experience since we were the only guests. Our guide was a local named David who shared fascinating facts about the area and took us to beautiful spots. Snorkeling in clear waters surrounded by fish was magical. The boat itself was very nice, with comfortable lounge chairs on the upper deck where we were able to relax and enjoy the view. The seas were a little rocky on our tour and our guide took us to an area where the seas were calm for our meal. The four course seafood meal, made on the boat with fresh ingredients from local fisherman, was delicious. We were sad when it ended and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cinque Terre.

Our skipper, Paulo, was charming, funny and full of valuable and fascinating information about the history and evolution of Cinque Terre. Jumping off the boat and swimming in the clear water was a very delightful highlight to our visit. It was also great to hear the playlist of Italian classics as the sun set and we snapped photos of Manarola and surrounding towns. Highly recommend!

Terrible. They say they have parking in riomaggiore in the booking ad, but it is not true. We had to struggle with parking even tho it said parking was included.

We had a half-day cruise out of LaSpezia and it was incredible. We’re a group of 13 with 6 adults and kids age 8-14. Everyone had a great day and the kids said it was the highlight of our Italy visit. Highly recommend!

We took the Riomaggiore winemaker tour, it was amazing! A very knowledgeable sommelier showed us around the vines, explained the history of the region and the vertical vines, and talked us through tastings of 5 different wines. Would absolutely recommend!

My niece and I took an amazing sunset dinner cruise with this company in Cinque Terra. The cruise exceeded our expectations in every way. In spite of choppy water, the captain and his first mate found a way to make the cruise happen with a slight change in location. We had a 30-minute stop in Portovenere, then back to the boat for grilled shrimp appetizers and grilled swordfish for dinner — all cooked on a grill attached to the side of the boat! The bar was well stocked and the “crew” was so knowledgeable about the area and the sights we cruised past! We had an excellent time and I would recommend this experience to anyone!!

Said they would clearly communicate our Monday night tours starting point, when it was time to leave for our tour (15 minutes before) they hadn’t told us where to meet. When we showed up at their office in Manola they made 5 minutes of phone calls. When we asked to reschedule for Tuesday or Wednesday they already knew both were going to be cancelled! Would have been nice to have two days notice rather than 15 minutes for our tour, we might have found something better to do. We felt like a complete after thought.

The travel agency - so far away and yet very close.
The town of Manarola, where Arbaspàa has his home, is worth a trip. The Cinque Terre.
With Arbaspàa we have found a real pearl of a travel agency. The holiday and travel offers are diverse, varied and leave nothing to be desired. We will be happy to respond to individual needs and wishes at any time. The accommodations (self-guided trips) have regional charm and are so well chosen that it was sometimes very difficult for us to say goodbye the next day to tackle the next stage.
At Arbaspàa you always feel like you are in good hands and are very well looked after. Inquiries are answered quickly. You can simply enjoy a super worry-free vacation knowing that professionals have done everything to make it possible! 5stars++

Asbaspàa prepared package for self-guided hiking along the coast of Liguria.The hiking routes were varied and for a person used to the flat landscape of Estonia some days required a bit of effort. But we survived. 😊At the same time, the views of the sea and the cities from above were amazing. Previously prepared by the organizer Outdooractive maps were very good for orientation.
We had opportunity to spend the nights in accommodations of different levels. Whether it's a modest hotel in Rapallo, a more luxurious hotel in Chiavari, or a very nice and cosy family accommodation in Sestri Levante. Hospitality everywhere was excellent! Also, the dinners included in the package were delicious and gave a great picture of Italian cuisine.

My sisters and I took a sunset boat cruise out of Manarola with captain Daniele. He was so knowledgeable about the villages of Cinque Terre. It was easy to feel his love for his own village of Manarola. The trip was a total joy!! I highly recommend this sunset cruise with Daniele.

My boyfriend and I did the wine tour with Alexandro in Manarola. He told us all about the town and the history of CinqueTerre, brought us to his wine yard, explained everything about it and then we went to the cellar to see how he makes his wine. We had taste of wine with focaccia. It was amazing. I definitely recommend it.

My wife and I did the all day Cinque Terre Azure Sailing Tour. We had an amazing time! It was a large sailboat with bathroom aboard. The captain and first mate (if those are the correct terms) were very friendly and pointed out all of the towns and things to see while we sailed up from La Spezia and saw all 5 of the "Cinque Terre" villages. What a great way to see everything! We highly recommend this tour and found it a good value for money. Lunch and drinks (including wine and beer!) were included. We had a delicious lunch with all local specialties!
