CASTLE OF RIOMAGGIORE
Strongly desired by the ProLoco Riomaggiore Association, which has managed, thanks to an agreement with the Municipality of Riomaggiore, the property in order to enhance it and make it a pulifunctional center for “sustainable” residents and tourists; The exhibition, sponsored by the Municipality of Riomaggiore that made the Castle’s structure available, was created thanks to the contribution of the Cinque Terre National Park and to the great voluntary work of the creator and the members.
The set of texts and images aims to represent a contribution to the knowledge of the Cinque Terre landscape and its history. And together raise interest to better understand these beautiful places and not simply to photograph them.
The project and the texts of the exhibition were developed by Attilio Casavecchia, while the images are by Anselmo Crovara (Museum of Memory), by Walter Bilotta, who also edited the graphic project, and Doriano Franceschetti.
The permanent exhibition aims to make understand the essential characters that surround the Cinque Terre and its history, with a particular study on Riomaggiore.
For guests of the apartments adhering to the environmental quality mark, admission is free. Please go to our Explora store to get your free entry voucher.
