The property

At only 6 km from the but in the immersed in the quietness of the rural landscape there are located the apartments San Pietro, probably on the base a an ancient settlement: surrounded by olive groves and vineyards which characterise this part of the Ligurian Riviera near to the Cinque Terre.
The ancient farmhouse has been completely renovated with the intend to conserve of the traditional elements of the local rural architecture and offers now three cosy and beautiful apartments, each with the name of an olive tree. The estate around the farmhouse extends for more than 3 hectares and offers a wonderful panoramic view over the wide valley of Deiva Marina to the blue sea at the horizon.

All the apartments are equipped with the modern devices of the last generation: stovetop, refridgerator with freezer, oven, hairdryer, satellite tv, safe. Appartamento Leccino: this apartment disposes of a living room with kitchen area, a large bedroom with view over the olive groves, bathroom with shower and satellite TV.

Position :
Thanks to its strategical position San Pietro is the ideal starting point for your excursions to the Cinque Terre, to Portofino and to the Gulf of Tigullio. The arrival with private car is recommendable. Deiva Marina has a railway station, from where frequently trains run to reach the Cinque Terre and the places of the Gulf of Tigullio.
Prices include bed linen, towels, final cleaning, gas and electricity.
On the ground floor there is a local laundry for the guests.
Keys can be collected from 16:00 hours until 19:00 hours.
Apartments must be vacated by 10:00 hours
Any variations to these hours must be agreed in advance.
Apartments have fully equipped kitchen, tv sat, flagstone patios with tables and chairs,
Covered and reserved parking place in Deiva Marina by the beach euro 40,00 per week.
ANIMALS
Animals are allowed, but must be booked in advance and will be charged a 50 euro supplement per week
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Booking deposit of 50% of the total at time of booking, balance on arrival. There is a deposit against breakages of 200 euro which will be refunded on the return of the keys. The booking deposit is refundable in cases of cancellations up to one month before the date of arrival, after which time it is forfeit, unless the apartment is alternatively rented.
