The property

Unique location overlooking the bay of Rapallo, the “Convento” residence is an old building dating back to the 17th century; recently renovated it offers its guests 2 bedroom magnificent suites and one bedroom apartments which are just as lovely. The residence overlooks one of the most fascinating landscapes of the Ligurian Riviera Di Levante; within a few hundred meters, just a walk off the beach is the famous Via Mazzini (the commercial town center of historic Rapallo ). This beautiful promenade on the water holds all the most renowned restaurants and bars. The interior has been finely decorated providing a warm ambiance, refined and elegant; picturesque tapestries have also been recuperated. The residence holds large public areas such as a TV room and Solarium, and also a terrace on which you can enjoy a beautiful seaside view.
You can sip delightful drinks and apperitif served in the bar located indoors , where they prepare a very elaborate breakfast which can be served in your apartment upon request. They also offer laundry and dry cleaning services.

Position :
The city of Rapallo represents the most vast center in the areas known as Tigullio which is made up of famous locations like Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Zoagli, Chiavari, Lavagna…and is considered a tourist attraction of international fame. Palm trees line the seaside as well as bars have an early century flavor, reminiscing the elite past of many recent elite cities. The center holds buildings, porticos, towers, Roman ruins and traces of antique and noble municipal buildings. The city also has a “Castello” with a tower that frames on sloping slated rooftops, the gates and a walkway with access to a draw-bridge, which shows the strength of the fortress.
In the surroundings, the religious paths lead to the famous Sanctuary of Montallegro , and the gothic ruins of the ex Monastery of Clarisse of Santa Maria on the “Valle of Christi”, to the romanica church of S. Tommaso. Rapallo also offers services and high value infrastructure - for example Golf course, tennis course, soccer, auditoriums for conference and, of course, its proximity to the city of Genoa with its Acquarium and important international exhibitions and The "Cinque Terre".
