The property
:
This beautiful residence is situated in a very quiet and green position about 5 minutes walk from the sea and ten minutes walk from the centre of the town. It is run directly by the owners. In a location of natural beauty, they sit on a hillside, surrounded by a large garden full of cacti, palm, eucalyptus, citrus and olive trees.
FACILITIES
The Residence is equipped with an outdoor swimming-pool (14 X 7 m), open from May to September. The pool deck is equipped with deckchairs, beach umbrellas, chairs and tables. There is a large parking lot, accessible through an automatic gate. Our guests have both the keys to this gate and to the one to the convenient pedestrian short cut into town, and are absolutely indipendent. Every apartment has its own indipendent entrance. Each is equipped with telephone and colour Sat/Tv with the main italian and foreign channels and with teletext. The kitchens are completely furnished and equipped with cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove and gas oven. Our guests are supplied with bed linen, towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, changed every week, and daily cleaning is provided by our staff (no washing up) on work days. Cots (linen excluded), highchairs and baby-bath are available on request. Available for our guests: coin-washingmachines and internet-point (adsl connection); by the managment office: fax service and safe. The management office is on the premises and the daily presence of the owners ensures the best assistance and courtesy.

Appartement A
The apartment (54 m2) is situated on 1st or 2nd floor.
It consists of:
- entrance hall;
- wide dining-room/lounge with two comfortable single beds (one of which can be hidden in the day-time);
- bedroom with a double or two single beds (according to your request);
- bathroom with bath, bidet, wash-basin and WC;
- kitchen supplied with a complete set of cooking-utensils, fridge and freezer, gas cooker and oven;
- balcony (10 m2) in bright sunshine with deckchairs, a little table and a marvellous view of the sea.
There are telephone and colour satellite TV. The apartment can accomodate up to four people + baby.
Apartment B
The apartment (45 m2) is situated on 1st or 2nd floor.
It consists of:
- wide lounge with cooking facilities supplied with a complete set of cooking utensils, fridge and freezer, gas cooker and oven;
- bedroom with a double or two single beds (according to your request);
- another bedroom with two single beds;
- bathroom with a little bath, shower, bidet, wash-basin and WC;
- balcony (5 m2) in bright sunshine with deckchairs, a little table and a nice view of the sea.
There are telephone and colour satellite TV.
The apartment can accomodate up to four people + baby.
Apartment C
The apartment (35 m2) is situated on the ground floor.
It consists of:
- wide lounge with four single beds (two of which can be hidden in the day-time);
- separate kitchen supplied with a complete set of cooking utensils, fridge and freezer, gas cooker and oven;
- bathroom with a little bath, bidet, wash-basin and WC;
- really wide terrace (30 m2) in bright sunshine with deckchairs, chairs, table and a nice view of the garden.
There are telephone and colour satellite TV.
The apartment can accomodate up to three people + baby.
