“Cielo e Mare”, are offered to those who love nature and beauty, but they are not for everybody. Only those who are able to "live a dream" - as we did when we "thought out" and constructed this flat - will be able to get a reservation here.
The flats vary, according to the type, placing of the terrace, balcony or garden.

Position :
Lemeglio – is a beautiful little village with a splendid view on the Ligurian Sea, the gulf of Tigullo and the hills around Moneglia, situated approximately 2 km away from the town’s centre and the beach. They are easily reachable by car, by bus or if you like, on foot. It is and ideal starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, the green hills around Moneglia and archaeological sights like San Nicolao or the Sanctuary Church of Velva where the "Alta Via dei Monti Liguri" starts.
The price includes:
Price are all inclusive, i.e. water-electricity, final-cleaning, parking - one parking space in Lemeglio and one in Moneglia for “Cielo e Mare”-- (1 for each apartment) are included.
The Flats are all provided with a column refrigerator, washing-machine, dish-washer, SAT-TV, decoder, DC and DVD, phone and Internet Point, hairdryer, heating and air conditioning.
On demand:
Bed sheet set (€ 5.00/pers./week),
Set for Bed and bathroom (€9.90/pers./week).
The flat must be left as clean as it is at your arrival. If the kitchen is extremely dirty a €30,00 surcharge
The caution tax is € 100,00, to be fully paid on arrival.
The flats will be at the guest's disposal between 16 p.m. and 19 p.m. on date of arrival. The flat should be left by 10 a.m. on the date of departure.
