This farmhouse is a marvellous ancient and large villa of the 18th century consisting in the main villa, the family chapel and two completely renovated small farm houses. It is located not far from Levanto on a small quiet hill offering a wonderful view over the surrounding landscape with olive trees, wine hills, small villages and forests of chestnut trees. The villa offers its guests the accommodation in comfortable and very tastefully furnished rooms and apartments and the relax in a large park. The park is equipped with deskchairs, tables and chairs, it offers a barbecue corner, a playing corner for the children and table tennis. Rental of citybikes. A completely renovated cellar of 30 sqm is on your disposal for small meeting and courses. During the renovation the owner paid particular attention to every detail of the decoration and furniture, maintaining the architectonical characteristics of the villa: ancient furniture and historical paintings will give you the feeling of a trip into the past.

Rooms and suites are available in the main villa and in the former rectory near the family chapel and in a characteristic farmhouse of the last century. All the accommodations have their garden with tables, chairs, deckchairs and umbrellas, where a dinner can be prepared open air or you can relax after a walking tour in the Cinque Terre or after a day by the sea. The villa offers 8 rooms (double room, Suites or Juniorsuites), all with private bathroom/shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, mini bar, telephone. The suites and Juniorsuites have also a kitchenette. All the rooms are furnished in antique style with historical furniture. Further the villa offers its guests two beautiful apartments, the apartments “Canonica“ and „Taverna“ for and indipendent and relaxing holiday.

The villa is located about 1,5 km from Levanto and it is easily reachable by car. Only 5 minutes driving distance from the historic centre of Levanto or a 20 minutes walk to the centre or the sea. There is also a bus stop near the entrance of the villa.
