Portovenere
This picturesque old roman fishermen´s village is located at the western entrance of the
Gulf of La Spezia (Gulf of Poets). Its coloured, narrow and high houses, the genoan fortress and the old little church St. Pietro enchant its visitors. The village is located directly on the sea framed by the three little Islands Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto.
