Villanova offers full contact with nature due to its perfect setting
in the open countryside. All of the accommodation has its own private
gardens with tables and chairs where one can prepare and enjoy dinner
outside or just relax after a day on the beach or after visiting the
local sights.

The strutcture, a beautiful
XVII century estate, is composed of the main Villa, the private family
Chapel and two farmhouses, all totally restored. It's 1.5 km from
the centre of Levanto and the beach, taking only 5 minutes by car
and 20/30 minutes by foot. From here, one can visit the famous Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita, Portofino and Portovenere; all easily accessible by train or by boat |

The Apartments

The apartment
Canonica (about 50 sq m) is located close to the
Massola's Private Chapel (originally the priest's apartment). The apartment
on two floors, is totally restored, maintaining the original architecture.
Downstairs there is the dining/living-room with a single sofa bed and
a kitchenette (fully equipped); while upstairs there is a single bedroom
connected to a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower; it sleeps
four, (access to the bathroom is through the double bedroom). The apartment
has got Sat TV, telephone, heating, washing machine and is furnished
in an authentic style. It also has its own garden with table and chairs.

The apartment
Taverna (about 50 sq m) is located in the main
Villa on the ground floor, with a panoramic terrace and its own private
garden; it has been completely restored maintaining the original architecture.
The apartment has a very large dining/living room with a single/double
sofa-bed and a kitchenette (fully equipped), another double bedroom
and a bathroom with a shower, it sleeps four. The apartment has got
Sat TV, telephone, heating, washing machine and is furnished in an authentic
style. The terrace and the garden have tables, chairs and a sun umbrella.

The apartments
can be rented on a weekly basis, not including the extra charges of
electricity, water, gas and final cleaning. Linen and towels are not
included, although it's possible to rent them here or to bring your
own. A delicious breakfast is available on request.

The structure
has 8 rooms, doubles, triples and suites,all fitted with en suite bathrooms,
satellite TV, minibar and telephone(some with kitchenette).The apartments,
all kitchen fitted, can take up to four guests and are suitable for
those that wish to spend a more indipendent holiday (all with TV sat,
telephone and washing machine). A delicious breakfast, served in the
garden with home made cakes and jams, is available for all Villa's guests.
A small conference centre and meeting room (max 15/20 participants)
is available on request.
